EU: Datenaustausch mit USA nachbessern
Der Europäische Gerichtshof hat entschieden, dass Daten, die aus der EU in die USA übermittelt werden, dort keinen “sicheren Hafen” haben. Die EU-Kommission will künftig dafür sorgen, dass der Datenschutz gewahrt wird.
